Responsibilities: Conduct plan pipe system layout, installation, and repair, according to
specifications; Diagnose and repair plumbing equipment using power tools, wiring diagrams,
piping schemes or specifications; Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, repairs, and
modifications as needed; Installation and Work with PVC Piping, Copper Pipe and Groove Pipe.
Proposed salary: $65,700/year.
HS Diploma, 24-mo relevant exp. Travel is required 2 or 3 times per week to do plumbing work
for properties under management located in Buffalo, NY.
